  • One Accord: “One Accord” is a safe space for women who may not share the same doctrinal beliefs as their present or former spouse. We hold to biblical truth, find support, and forge lasting connections as we navigate through this journey. “One Accord” will meet at 10am on Saturday, June 6 at Yasmeen’s.   • Dining with Divas: Sisters and friends who are available during the day are welcome to join us on the 2nd Wednesday of each month for food, fellowship and/or a special activity or outing. The next event is Wednesday, June 10 @12:00 PM at the home of Kim Mills (7173 Sedgebrook Dr West, Stanley, NC 28164).   We will have a time of fellowship and pizza. Bring any sides you would like to share. Drinks and desserts will be provided.

  • Open Positions: 
    • Campus Minister/Intern: The Charlotte Church is seeking an individual to fill the role of Campus Minister/Intern.     • Single’s Ministry Male Leader: The Charlotte Church is seeking an individual to fill the role of Single Ministry Male Leader. This position will remain open until it's filled.
  • Charlottetown: The Charlotte Church will host a service at the Charlottetown community on the last Sunday of each month for residents ages 55+. One house church each month will sign up to lead scripture, singing, prayer, fellowship, and communion. The church will provide Bibles, songbooks, communion supplies, and a $50 budget for lunch or activities (additional needs must be approved in advance). Family Group Leaders will receive a detailed instruction packet on the first Sunday of the month they serve. Questions? Contact Paulette Sifford at psifford@thecharlottechurch.org

 Youth & Family:

  • Friday Night Lights!: We had so much fun last time, and it was so great meeting several teens from the community. So, we're doing it again! We’re opening up the Church Gym on Friday, June 19th at 7p for our Youth and Family Ministry and the entire community for some teen sports! Whether you’re an All-Star hitter or just here for the snacks and the music, this is where you want to be. No experience? No problem. Just bring yourself and your crew. We’ve got the court ready and the volume turned UP! 
  • CAMP SWAMP: During the summer, Camp Swamp provides a week-long overnight youth camp for 6 weeks, Through our 10 Camp Swamp values, we are able to provide a loving, faith-building, and intergenerationally-connected camp environment where campers experience play, connection, community, and wonder for kids ages 9-19 (must Be 9 Years Old by 8/31/26). Choose A Week Between May 31 and July 18!

Teen Ministry:

  • High School Graduation Recognition Dinner! Join us as we celebrate and honor our High School class of 2026! We will be serving dinner as we toast our graduates on their hard work and bright futures. Please reach out to Anthony and Christine with any questions.
  • TEEN WEEK 2026: Get ready for THE RETURN happening July 22 – 26! It’s going to be an unforgettable week hosted by The COLA Church in Columbia, SC.  This event is open to all rising 9th graders through current high school seniors. Head over to the website to see the full itinerary and check out all the amazing things planned for the week! Even better news? It is 100% FREE for all Charlotte teens! The Charlotte Church Teen Ministry has got you covered. Complete the Registration Form & select the "Registration with 100% scholarship" option.  Then drop a message to Anthony or Christine to let them know you're officially signed up!

FOCUS Ministry: 

HOPE:

  • Volunteer Opportunity – Nourish Up: Join us on Saturday, June 13th to support Nourish Up (formerly Loaves & Fishes), the organization supplying most food pantries in the west corridor. They’ve asked us to staff their new warehouse for one shift: 8:45–11:00 AM, helping sort donations, prepare food boxes, and fill pantry orders. We need 25 volunteers. Register through the HOPE Charlotte Volunteer Hub (a HOPE account is required). After registering, you’re all set—just sign the Nourish Up waiver when you arrive. CLICK HERE TO REGISTER. This is a great chance to invite a friend to serve with you.
