Leadership Team
The Leadership Team at The Charlotte Church is committed to shepherding, serving, and equipping our church family as we grow together in Christ. Through prayer, biblical guidance, and genuine care, they work to cultivate a Christ-centered community where every person is encouraged to deepen their faith, discover their purpose, and build meaningful relationships.
Our current Leadership Team consists of Kendall and Makenzie Albert (Congregational Evangelist and Women's Leader), Todd McLaughlin, Gary and Judy Boswell, Chris and Kristy Graham, and Cris and Lucy Ward. Together, they provide spiritual leadership, pastoral care, and support for the congregation while helping to guide the vision and mission of The Charlotte Church.
