CHILDREN'S MINISTRY TEACHERS NEEDED
"The Children's Ministry is in need of teachers for the upcoming rotation! If you are interested or have any questions, please visit the Sign up table in the Fellowship hall following the service. There will be a Teacher Training Workshop on May 20th at 10am in the Fellowship Hall for anyone serving in the July rotation. Everyone is needed for the spiritual growth and development of our children, let us imitate Jesus when he said "let the little children come to me" and work as a family to teach them how to make Jesus Lord! Thank you for all of your service and support!"
FATHER-DAUGHTER DANCE PICTURES ARE READY!
The Charlotte Father Daughter Dance was a fun and memorable time.
Please be sure to grab your photo of this memorable night with your daughter. Pictures will be available for pick up downstairs outside of the Fellowship Hall on Sunday.

MARRIAGE WORKSHOP
There will be a marriage workshop on May 26th at 2200 Ashley Road from 10-12:30. Though the marriage retreat in February was the kick off, these classes are for all married couples.
The title of the workshop is:
Helping Hands (Together in Life) Strengthening the bonds of friendship, encouragement, and support in our marriages.

#2: Through Hardship-Rick and Lynn Overturf will be here from Raleigh to teach

YOUTH & FAMILY
PARENT TRAINING MIDWEEK
Deuteronomy 6:7-9 illustrates God's desire for parents to intentionally train our children to love God. In efforts to grow in this as a family, the children's ministry is now hosting Infant-5th grade Parent Training Midweeks while the Middle School/Teen Parent Midweeks continue. Both will be held May 30th at 7:00 pm at the church building. There will be childcare. We look forward to seeing you there!"
TEEN PROM
Register for the 2018 Teen Prom "Created the Stars" at Carolinachurches.org. Schedule, address, and details can be found on website as well. Early registration ($40/person) ended April 19th

If you would like a verbal announcement made at church, please send it by Thursday to worshipcoordinator@thecharlottechurch.org.
To have something brief included in the announcements emailed to members, send your announcement typed as you'd like it to be printed (though it may be edited) by noon Thursday to Announcements@thecharlottechurch.org.
If you want an announcement/prayer request shared both verbally and in the emailed announcements, you must send it to both email addresses.
Also in regards to privacy, you may only send in personal information about another person (regardless if they are a member or not) AFTER you have received their direct consent to do so. This includes names, addresses, details of illnesses, etc. Thank you.
