A SPECIAL THANK YOU
The Women's Retreat, RENEW, was a complete success with almost 900 women! Our biggest ever! Hopefully all of you who attended laughed, slept in, enjoyed your friends and God and feel a bit renewed. Of course events like this don't "just happen" and I know we're all grateful for Sarah Peickert and her leadership for such a large event. However, there were quite a few of our very own from Charlotte who helped make this special weekend happen. Please join me in thanking these women:
Paulette Sifford, Trang Crenshaw, and Crystal Mbanuzue taught classes; Jheni Solis led 100 of us in Yoga on Saturday morning then helped sing later that night after working the vendor fair; Lia Shytle, Carrielynn and Breanna Utley also worked the vendor fair; Bonnie Fisher, Evelyn Dowery, Susan Raye and Thembi Cundy either prayed or were on standby to pray; Lindsey Fuller came a day early to help unload & set up the prayer & craft rooms; those crafts wouldn't have gone so smoothly without Jasmine Turner, Kendra Walker, Kareema Gray, Devyn Speed, Rachel Arrington, & Rosalind Williams taking shifts to help; Dellyse Bright was on call for medical needs and also joined these women on stage to sing: Kathryn Stamas, Jenny Kailbourne, Nyanga Rajaonarivelo, Aisha Collins, and Julie Westhofen and our young sisters Tahlia Famularo, Jade Solis and Camryn Facchino were examples to us all popping up in multiple places helping where needed from documenting the weekend with photos, helping at the vendor fair, singing for Saturday's worship and more. It was a beautiful weekend! Thank you all!!

Y&F: MS and Teen Family Fall Event
On Saturday Oct 19th, the Teen and Middle School ministries along with their families will be going to Aw Shucks! Farm in Monroe for a corn maze and bonfire. We will meet at the farm at 6:00pm. CARE & COMPASSION MINISTRY
This Sunday The Care and Compassion Team will be praying at 11:50am in the Library right of the stage behind the double doors after church. Please come and join us if you need prayer. The Care and Compassion Ministry will be praying the 2nd Sunday of each month.
