- Sylvia Yanez: Hello brothers and sisters, our sister Sylvia Yanez (Viviana Kesel's mom) recently had some tests done that showed that her lung cancer has returned, it is also in her lymph-nodes. She will be having a biopsy on 11/20 to determine next steps. Please pray that the doctors come up with a good treatment plan for her and that she can be confident in God's love throughout this situation. - Mom's Connection: Hey, Mama's! Please come out and join other moms as we reflect on God's goodness and how to cultivate gratitude in our everyday lives! The virtual event includes a mindfulness practice and time to share what God has done in our lives and how we can express more gratitude and appreciation for the small moments that bring us joy. - YoPros and Young Marrieds New Years Eve Party: The Triangle Church Young Professionals Ministry Invites all Young Professionals up to 35 years old and any Young Marrieds (also up to age 35) to join for a New Years Eve Party. Grab your suit jackets and heels and join us for a Night Under the Lights in Raleigh, NC! We are so excited to host a formal New Years Party to dance into 2025 together! Your registration includes a night of dancing, desserts, door prizes, and a sparkling cider toast to ring in the new year! Youth & Family Ministry:
- Committed to Serve: We will continue with our commitment to serve alongside Street Corners Ministries/MMOG for the remainder of 2024. Therefore, mark the following dates on your calendar: November 16 and December 7 (new date). You can come to all service days or just one. Each date is an opportunity for us to give our time and energy to focus on others, focus on those in need. Additionally, you can credit the time spent towards volunteer hours. "Whoever is kind to the poor lends to the Lord, and He will reward them for what they have done." Proverbs 19:17
- Holidays @the Swamp (H@TS): Holidays at the Swamp (H@TS) is a New Year's event for grades 7-12 that takes place at Camp Swamp. This year's event will run from December 29 to January 1, 2025. The event includes: 3 nights lodging, 8 meals, a New Year's Eve party with a DJ, fireworks display, Bible classes and a photo booth. The cost of the event is $225 per camper, with a required deposit of $50. Register early as the price increases to $275 after December 18. Teen Ministry:
- Thanksgiving Potluck: Let's gather and give thanks as we come together for a Thanksgiving meal. Join us on Saturday, November 16th, from 5pm-8pm. Our Thanksgiving potluck dinner will be hosted at the Hirsch's home. See the Teen Band app for more details.
- Christmas Celebration: Come celebrate with us!! Our Christmas party will be at the Nieves' home on December 14th from 2pm-5pm. There will be food, games, gift exchanges, and so much more. Come dressed as your favorite Christmas character and there may be a prize for the best dressed character. See the Teen Band app for more details.

- 2024 Loaves & Fishes Food Drive: COLLECTION DATE IS THIS SUNDAY (11/17/2024) Food insecurity is something that a lot of our neighbors here in the West Corridor deal with regularly. Here’s an opportunity to make a difference. We would like to invite you and those in your network to participate in this year’s drive.
- Drive begins 10-20-24 through 11-17-24
- Collect can goods and non-perishable food items
- Please invite your neighbors, co-workers and friends to join you in this year’s drive.
