- UPDATE - Sylvia Yanez: Hello Brothers and sisters, I wanted to thank you for your prayers for my mom. She had a biopsy on Wednesday and did well, she's home recovering. We should know more about next steps next week after all her appointments. Please continue to pray that she will hold on to her faith and that this time in her life draws her closer to God. - HOPE Holiday Gift Card Program: We will be running our holiday gift card program again this year. Due to our later start, PLEASE carefully read and follow the directions below. If you would like to donate a gift card, which will be given to an individual or family IN THE CHURCH, that is in need, on December 1st and 8th, you can stop by the HOPE table which will be setup upstairs in the lobby to drop it off or you can mail it to the address below. All cards must be received by December 8th. Please donate a Walmart or Visa gift card. If you have any questions, please stop by the HOPE table after service or contact mikedames@prodigy.net. Cards can be mailed to: HOPE Charlotte 7500 Chasewater Drive Harrisburg, NC 28075 by December 8th. Thank you all for your many years of support for our program which has served to meet the needs of our church family here at the Charlotte Church.

FOCUS Ministry:
Youth & Family Ministry:
- Committed to Serve: We have just one more day to close out our service alongside the Street Corners Ministries/MMOG for 2024. Therefore, mark the following date on your calendar: December 7 (new date). This date is an opportunity for us to give our time and energy to focus on others, focus on those in need. Additionally, you can credit the time spent towards volunteer hours. "Whoever is kind to the poor lends to the Lord, and He will reward them for what they have done." Proverbs 19:17
- Holidays @the Swamp (H@TS): Holidays at the Swamp (H@TS) is a New Year's event for grades 7-12 that takes place at Camp Swamp. This year's event will run from December 29 to January 1, 2025. The event includes: 3 nights lodging, 8 meals, a New Year's Eve party with a DJ, fireworks display, Bible classes and a photo booth. The cost of the event is $225 per camper, with a required deposit of $50. Register early as the price increases to $275 after December 18. Middle School Ministry:
- Thanksgiving Potluck: The Middle School Ministry will have a time of food, fun and fellowship as we gather together and give thanks during our Thanksgiving meal. Join us on Saturday, November 23rd, from 6pm-9pm. Our Thanksgiving potluck dinner will be hosted at the Charles' home. See the Middle School Band app for the signup genius with more details.
- Christmas Dinner Celebration: Hello Middle School Ministry Families! It's that wonderful time of the year again. Let's come together to enjoy some fellowship, food, and fun. Our Christmas celebration will be Saturday, December 7, from 9pm-9pm at the Guiness' home. We will play the gift exchange game. Every participant brings a wrapped gift. - Fun, Fun, Fun at Frankie's: Mark your calendars for a fun day at Frankie's Fun Park. We will enjoy the games and fellowship on December 14th, from 11am -2pm. See the Middle School Band app for more details and the signup genius to RSVP.
Teen Ministry:
- Ho-Ho-Holiday: Come celebrate with us!! Our Christmas party will be at the Nieves' home on December 14th from 2pm-5pm. There will be food, games, gift exchanges, and so much more. Come dressed as your favorite Christmas character and there may be a prize for the best dressed character. See the Teen Band app during the upcoming week for more details and a signup genius.
