- Calling All Professionals, Entrepreneurs, and Business Owners of The Charlotte Church! We’re excited to announce that on Sunday, November 16th from 12:00PM to 2:30 PM, The Charlotte Church will host a Career Fair for our middle school and teen students in the church gym — and we need your help to make it a success!
Our youth are full of big dreams, but often limited in their exposure to the wide range of career paths available to them. This is your chance to inspire the next generation by sharing your career journey, experience, and insights. One conversation, one story, or one piece of advice could be the spark that sets a young person on their future path. Here’s our ask for participation:- Set up a 5x5 ft booth in the gym. Include anything you like to showcase your field—tables, banners, pamphlets, screens, swag, candy, games, etc.
- Be available for one follow-up virtual meeting: Students and parents who want to learn more will be able to sign up for a follow-up conversation. This gives them the opportunity to dive deeper into your career field and ask more personal questions of what it takes to be successful in your career field.
- Lunch will be provided
- If you’re interested in participating, please sign up here: https://forms.gle/E5k1XQcESncbr3326
- Any questions or suggestions please contact Jalila Smith: 518-505-2434

FOCUS Ministry:
HOPE:
- Atrium Van Survey: I need your help with an incredible new project. We’re working alongside Atrium Health Care and Harvard University. We are designing a mobile hospital van to serve rural communities in North Carolina, building on our successful, long-standing partnership with Atrium. To get this right, we need insights from people who truly understand community needs—people like you. Your input will directly shape how healthcare is delivered to those in need. It's a quick, 10-minute investment that will have a lasting impact. After you complete the survey, please send me a quick reply (email or text 704-724-2362) so I can keep a tally of participants. Thank you for helping us bring this vital service to life. All surveys must be completed by 11-07-25. Every can and box you donate goes straight to the Airport Drive Pantry, making a real impact on our neighbors in the West Corridor. Here’s How You Can Get Involved:
- Share the Love: Pray for this mission and the community we serve.
- Spread the Word: Invite everyone you know to participate!
- Drop Off Your Goods: Bring all your collected items to the church parking lot on Sunday, November 16th.
Important Note: This is a one-day drop-off event! Look for the U-Haul truck in the parking lot on that specific date. Don't forget to mark your calendar!
