- From the family of Jerry Jackson: Our family wants to extend a huge thank you to everyone for their love and support during our time of loss. The cards, calls, texts, emails, meals, hugs, shoulders to cry on, and shared tears have provided us with so much comfort in a difficult time. Thank you to all those who helped us last Saturday during the funeral, burial, and repast by providing security, parking assistance, ushering, music, audio/visual, carrying flowers, serving food, speaking, praying, etc. Everything you, our dear brothers and sisters in the church, did for us was noticed and appreciated tremendously. We love you and are grateful for you all. Anita Jackson, Chris and Kristi Graham, Kim Reynolds, and the grandkids.
- 2026 Missions Contribution Goal: The Charlotte Church has set a goal of collecting $110,000 for missions in 2026. The first $60,000 collected will be used for support of the Appalachian Christian Church in Boone, North Carolina. The next $50,000 collected will be used in support of African missions. Any additional funds collected over $110,000 will be used for domestic and/or foreign missions as determined by the evangelists, elders and Board of Directors of the Charlotte Church
- Kingdom Brotherhood (For All Men) SCHEDULE CHANGE (NEXT 3 MONTHS ONLY) Kingdom Brotherhood will meet on the LAST Saturday of the month - 🕘 9:00–10:30 AM
- START DATE CHANGE: New Christian Class (5-Week Series) — Begins February 8, 2026: If you’re new to following Jesus (or want a refresher on the foundations of faith), we’d love for you to join our New Christian Class starting Sunday, February 8, 2026. The class will meet each Sunday for 5 weeks, from 9:00–9:45 AM at the building. Sign up using the link provided below so we can plan materials and seating.
- 2025 Contribution Receipts: The contribution receipts/statements for 2025 donations have been generated. There are two ways to obtain your statement: (1) Register for an account on the church website at https://www.thecharlottechurch.org/Give and obtain your statement online under "Giving History"; or (2) request your statement by emailing churchoffice@thecharlottechurch.org. Remember: If you will be claiming a deduction on your tax return for your donations to the church, you should obtain your receipt prior to filing your taxes. (Note: If you use the online option and do not see your contributions let us know so that we can connect your login account to your giving profile.)
- Mom Connection: You’re invited to join us for a casual moms’ lunch on Friday, February 7, from 12:00–2:00 PM at Urban District Market. This will be a relaxed time for moms to connect, unwind, and enjoy good food and conversation. No agenda, just a chance to spend time together and build community. If you’re able to make it, we’d love to see you there. Feel free to come as you are and stay as long as your schedule allows. Looking forward to connecting!

- Young Marrieds Devotional - February 8th: We are excited to announce quarterly devotionals to strengthen and encourage the young marrieds. This is for anyone married 10 years or less and is completely voluntary. We will have devotions, share insights and you’ll have opportunities to learn from one another, while building relationships. First meeting will be Sunday, February 8th in the Fellowship Hall immediately following announcements.
- Valentine's Day Brunch: Single sisters 50 and over are invited to a Valentine's Day Brunch on Saturday, February 14 from 10:00AM to 12:00PM at the home of Paulette Sifford (10528 Sweethaven Ln, Harrisburg, NC 28075 910-797-2798). Please wear something pink or red. RSVP NLT Wednesday, February 11. If you have special dietary needs, please include in your RSVP
- Dining with Divas: Sisters and friends who are available during the day are welcome to join us on the 2nd Wednesday of each month for food, fellowship and/or a special activity or outing. The next event is Wednesday, February 11 @12:00 PM at the Charlotte Church Fellowship Hall, 2200 Ashley Road, Charlotte, NC. We’ll enjoy lunch together, work on our vision board for 2026 and enjoy each other’s company. Please bring your own lunch. Drinks and desserts will be provided.

- One Accord: Through vulnerability, authenticity, and a shared commitment to growth in our relationship with God, “One Accord” is a safe space for women who may not share the same doctrinal beliefs as their spouse. As we navigate the complexities relating to a current or former marriage (separated, divorced , widowed) we hold to biblical truth, find support, and forge lasting connections that nourish our souls and enrich our lives. “One Accord” meets once a month. - Knitted Together Apparel: 2026 is the year for TCC to focus on our theme, “Knitted Together.” As we celebrate, honor, and live out the unity God calls us to, we would like to provide an opportunity for you to purchase clothing items that showcase our 2026 theme. All orders placed between January 4, 2026, and January 31, 2026, will be available for pick up after church in the foyer on Sunday, February 15, 2026. - SWAMP Summer Camp!: During the summer, Camp Swamp provides a week-long overnight youth camp for 6 weeks, Through our 10 Camp Swamp values, we are able to provide a loving, faith-building, and intergenerationally-connected camp environment where campers experience play, connection, community, and wonder for kids ages 9-19 (must Be 9 Years Old by 8/31/26). - WINTER TEEN SLEDDING!: Tentative date, Saturday, 2/28, for our next combined Teen event: Winter Sledding with the Charleston and Fayetteville Teens! We will update Band App as soon as we know more.
