- Candlelight Service – Sunday, December 21 at 6:00 PM: Join us for our Candlelight Service this Sunday, December 21 at 6:00 PM. Please note there will be no morning service this week. All are welcome, so feel free to invite family and friends! Childcare will not be provided. We look forward to worshiping with you at 6:00 PM.
- Last BINGO Night of the Year – Friday, December 19 at 7:00 PM: This Friday (12/19) is our final BINGO event of the year! Join us at 7:00 PM for a night of good fun, great fellowship, and lots of laughs. Bring a friend and come ready to enjoy the evening together!
- New Christian Class (5-Week Series) — Begins February 1, 2026: If you’re new to following Jesus (or want a refresher on the foundations of faith), we’d love for you to join our New Christian Class starting Sunday, February 1, 2026. The class will meet each Sunday for 5 weeks, from 9:00–9:45 AM at the building. Sign up using the link provided below so we can plan materials and seating.
- Charlottetown: The Charlotte Church has committed to providing a church service for the Charlottetown community on the last Sunday of each month (House Church Sunday). The Charlottetown community provides housing for disabled residents aged 55 and over. We are asking one house church each month to organize this service by signing up to provide: study of the scriptures, singing, prayer, fellowship, and communion. The church will provide: Bibles, songbooks, and communion supplies which will be stored on-site at the Charlottetown community. Each visit will have a budget of $50.00 to provide light refreshments, activities, etc. If you have a special request which will require additional funds, please notify me in advance. On the first Sunday of the month in which your group has committed to serve, you (the Family Group Leader) will receive a packet with detailed instructions including parking directions, contact person(s), reimbursement form, etc. Any questions, please contact Paulette Sifford (psifford@thecharlottechurch.org)
Children's Ministry:
- Volunteers Needed: Season’s Greetings from the Children’s Ministry! We are preparing for the February–July rotation, and we’d love for you to join us as we guide our children to discover the wonder, beauty, and majesty of God through the scriptures in a loving and safe environment. Youth & Family:
- Youth and Family Midweeks: The Youth and Family (teens and middle schoolers) meet the first and third Wednesday of each month in the gym at church for midweek. We will continue to meet in person even when the Congregational midweeks are online. We will put updates in the Band App if there are any changes to our schedule.
- H@TS!: Holidays at the Swamp (aka H@TS) is less than 3 weeks away! Camp Swamp's winter retreat for 7-12th graders from December 29 – January 1. Registration is open now. Please note that the price goes up after December 18th. If interested, please see the attached link for details and to register. https://campswamp.com/events/hats/
Teen Ministry:
- We have some plans in the making for a January local event and a February event combined with other ministries. Stay tuned!

FOCUS Ministry:
HOPE:
- Winter Clothing Drive: Please join us in helping to provide the gift of warmth to some of our neighbors that are in need this winter. We will be collecting the following new and gently used items: Coats, Hats, Gloves and Scarves for adults and children. These are the most needed items. The collection will run from November 16th through December 21st. Please place them in the HOPE bins in the lobby. Thank you once again for being willing to help our neighbors in need.
- MLK Day of Service: SAVE THE DATE: The MLK Day of Service/Program 2026 will be January 10th. Stay tuned for more details.
