- Paulette Sifford: Please pray for Paulette Sifford and her family as they mourn the loss of her sister, Lease Jones. The funeral will be this Saturday (04/13/24) in Memphis Tennessee. Cards of encouragement can be sent to Paulette at 10528 Sweethaven Lane Harrisburg, NC 28075.
- Crystal Guiness: Please pray for the following family members: Aunt Catherine is having kidney issues and may have renal failure. Godmother Renee is in the hospital with a kidney stone requiring morphine for pain. Cousin Bobby has been diagnosed with muscular dystrophy. Childhood neighbor, Michael's kidney donated to him by his sister is failing and he may need dialysis.
- Dot McKenney: Gilesa Black’s mother (Dot McKenney) had to go back to the hospital and is now in ICU. Please pray that she will recover and come home.
- Update on Sylvia Yanez: Hello brothers and sisters, I want to thank you so much for your prayers and cards for my mom. She had her follow-up after radiation on 4/3 and the doctor said that the radiation was successful! She will be seen every 3 months for the next year. God is good! Your Sister, Viviana

- Church Clean-Up Day: The deacons and staff would like to invite you all to serve at our church clean-up day on April 20th from 10 AM – 2 PM. We have several areas on the 3rd floor that need attention and we would love to have you come and assist with the cleaning/organizing of the building. Due to the nature of cleaning, we do ask that you limit children under the age of 12. Please feel free to contact the deacons at deacons@thecharlottechurch.org should you have any questions.

- Mom Connection: Hey Momma's! Please join us for fellowship and outdoor play with our little ones at Latta Park on Saturday, 4/20/24. Invite your friends and try to connect with a mom you don't know already. We are looking forward to seeing you there!
- Mental Health Workshop (Triangle): The Triangle Church is hosting a mental health workshop by the Shapiro's and members of the Charlotte Church are invited to join.

- Women's Retreat Planning: Calling all Women! It has been many years since we have had a women's retreat for our region of churches. The hope is to do a Spring or Fall Retreat in 2025 and we are asking if there is anyone who would like to be part of the planning committee for this event. Teen Ministry:
- Teen Prom: Let's Get Fancy!!! Teen Prom 2024, "A Night Among the Stars", is hosted by The Fayetteville Church in Fayetteville, NC on Saturday, April 27th. The location is 1700 Elliot Farm Road, 28311. This event is for teens who are currently in grades 9th - 12th. Registration for this event closes on April 21st. - Beach Trip: We are cruising for our 2024 Beach Trip. This trip is for our high schoolers, including rising 9th graders and our graduating seniors. The dates for the cruise are June 30 - July 4. Reservations for the cruise need to be completed soon to keep the price for this trip at the same low cost as previous beach trips. Therefore, the names of all teens who are attending must be given to Robert and/or Davina Lausen no later than this Friday, April 12, 2024, and registration must be completed. We want all teens who desire to come, to join us for this fun time; however, providing names at a later date may result in an additional cost. If you have any questions feel free to contact the Lausens.
- Welcome Rising 9th Graders: Rising 9th graders are now participating in teen devotionals, activities, and events. Parents of rising 9th graders ensure Robert & Davina Lausen have your contact information to receive an invitation to join the Teen Band App.

HOPE:
- CPR and AED Course: Please consider signing up to take the Heartsaver CPR and AED course. The course trains participants to provide CPR and use an automated external defibrillator (AED) in a safe, timely, and effective manner. No medical experience needed.
- Date: Saturday, April 27th.
- Time: 9:00 AM- 11:30PM
- Age: 12 or older.
