- Special Live Zoom: Saturday, April 27, 2024, at 9:30 am – 1:00 pm, AIM will host a special live Zoom session featuring the author, speaker, apologist, and expert on the Resurrection of Jesus, Mike Licona, Ph.D. Mike is the author, co-author, or editor of seven books, including an award-winning book on the Resurrection and several books about apologetics and evangelism. An engaging and knowledgeable speaker, you don’t want to miss this opportunity. This is such a special opportunity that AIM is allowing non-students to attend this session for only $29. Also, a deep discount for groups of 10 or more from the same congregation is $15/person. You are welcome to invite as many people as possible to come that you think would be interested in hearing from an expert on the historical basis for the resurrection of Jesus. This is a great opportunity to bring your skeptical friends, family, neighbors, and any brothers or sisters who would like to know how to offer better historical evidence for the Resurrection in their teaching and bible studies with others. - Mother's Day Breakfast: Please join us for our pre-service Mother’s Day breakfast on Sunday, May 12,2024 from 8:50am to 9:50am. This will be a time of celebration for mothers in our lives. This will be a time of sharing, food, fun and laughter to share memories of motherhood. - Mental Health Workshop (Triangle): The Triangle Church is hosting a mental health workshop by the Shapiro's and members of the Charlotte Church are invited to join.

- Women's Retreat Planning: Calling all Women! It has been many years since we have had a women's retreat for our region of churches. The hope is to do a Spring or Fall Retreat in 2025 and we are asking if there is anyone who would like to be part of the planning committee for this event. - Teen Prom: Teen Prom 2024, "A Night Among the Stars", is this Saturday, April 27th. The Fayetteville Church is hosting this fun event. Make sure you arrive in time to enjoy all the festivities; photos are from 4pm-5:30pm. Please pray for safe travels for the teens and the parents who are traveling to Fayetteville. Also, pray each person attending the event is encouraged, build friendships and have fun.
- Beach Trip: 2024 Beach Trip Cruise is on its way. The dates for the cruise are June 30 - July 4. Reservations for the cruise closes Sunday, April 28th, at 11:59pm EDT. We want all teens who desire to come, to join us for this fun time. DONATIONS: those who can, we ask you to support our annual beach trip by either sponsoring a teen in need or making a donation that will go towards travel and/or additional activities costs. In advance, we thank you for your support and joining us in our efforts to make this a fun and a memorable event for our teens. If you have any questions feel free to contact the Lausens.
- Welcome Rising 9th Graders: Rising 9th graders are now participating in teen devotionals, activities, and events. Parents of rising 9th graders ensure Robert & Davina Lausen have your contact information to receive an invitation to join the Teen Band App.

HOPE:
- CPR and AED Course: Please consider signing up to take the Heartsaver CPR and AED course. The course trains participants to provide CPR and use an automated external defibrillator (AED) in a safe, timely, and effective manner. No medical experience needed.
