Missions
Our 2019 goal for Missions contribution is $125,000. We have collected $47,923.80 to date. One way to contribute that may also provide some tax relief is through stock donation. Please email us at churchoffice@thecharlottechurch.org for instructions. Donations can also be made on our website.
PRAYERS:
- Tisha Augustus: Please pray for Tisha and her family as her grandmother, Annie Marie Fonseca, recently passed away.
The Care & Compassion Ministry would like to invite anyone with a need to meet for a Prayer and Encouragement Time the 2nd Sunday of every month, starting in September.
The location is the Library room to the right of the stage behind the door that says Office Area Door.

Family Devo for 12/06/19 - Cancelled
Holiday at SWAMP: All 7th-12th graders are invited to attend Holiday at the SWAMP (HATS) near Athens GA. The retreat is from Dec 29-Jan 1st. The cost is $175 and includes Meals, Lodging, Fireworks, and a New Year's Eve Party. All information and registration can be found at https://www.campswamp.com/youthcamp/registration/retreats. If you are interested in carpooling, see Chris and Carla Weyrick. On a side note, the Y&F ministry will not be hosting Teen Bash this year which is our typical New Year's Eve celebration. It will return in 2020, so it's a great year to take advantage of attending HATS. Price increases after Dec 19th.
From Mike & Marg: We are proud that our son, William has earned the rank of Eagle Scout this year. In his honor, we are invited you to attend William Smith's Eagle Scout Ceremony:

Where: The Charlotte Church Fellowship Hall
The ceremony will begin at 7:00pm followed by a buffet style meal.

CHILDREN'S MINISTRY ANNOUNCEMENTS
We are still in need of teachers for the Children's Ministry's Sunday and midweek classes starting in January. Please consider teaching, and if you are able, email childrensministry@thecharlottechurch.org
This Sunday, Dec 8 the makeup training for Children's Ministry teachers will be upstairs on the third floor starting at 10:00am. If you are teaching in the Jan-Jun rotation and did not attend last month's training, please plan to attend.
HOPE MINISTRY ANNOUNCEMENTS
1. We will be serving our last meal for 2019 @ The Charlotte Rescue Mission on Sat 12-7-19 from (4PM-6PM). We are in need of volunteers to serve and have a meal with the men at the Mission. Please contact James Wi-Afedzi , 225-907-9910 or wiafwedzij@gmail.com to reserve your spot.
2. HOPE WW Charlotte will be hosting a Coat-Hat-Scarf-Sock Drive from 11-24-19 through 12-21-19. We are looking for new or gently used items for Adults & Children. If you wish to participate please get the word out to your network and start collecting. Bring all donated items to Service on Sunday 12-22-19. All items will be donated to Crisis Assistance Free Store. Please contact mikedames@prodigy.net if you questions of if you would like me to send you a flyer electrically.
SINGLE'S MINISTRY ANNOUNCEMENTS
