Weekly Announcements: 

Prayer Request: 

  • Don Hall - Please pray for Don and Laura as Don’s father recently passed.   
  • Joyce Jones -  She recently had a stent procedure on her foot. Please pray that the increased blood flow repairs all damage. 

Upcoming Church Wide Events: 

  • WANTED: GOOD NEWS! - "Like cold water to a weary soul is good news from a distant land." Proverbs 25:25 Our first congregational midweek for the year will be Wednesday February 5.  We will hear the 2020 vision for the church and will have good news sharing on the Power of One (your decisions, your one another relationships and those you're helping to know Christ).  Is there good news in Mooresville?  Indian Trail? Southend? Concord?  Ft Mill?  Gastonia?  We want to hear it!!!  Come ready to share; it will be an inspiring evening!  
  • Open Position: Women's Ministry Support - The Charlotte Church is seeking to hire a women's ministry support.  This is a contract position which will begin March 1 and continue to December 31, 2020.  All interested and qualified individuals should email a resume and completed job application to churchoffice@thecharlottechurch.org by 5:00p on Friday, February 14.   • Digital Babylon - John Sherwood from the Asheville Church will be doing a lesson for the church on 02/08/2020. More information can be found at Digital Babylon -CLT 
  • Women’s Bible Studies - We will be having a women’s Bible Study in the month of March. Sunday Mornings from 9:00-9:40, we will be discussing and studying out taking our thoughts captive. Please sign up to be apart of this 4-week class. https://www.signupgenius.com/go/409054cacad28a6fc1-sunday 
  •  2020 World Discipleship Summit - July 2nd through July 5th. Check out these links for all the details including information on the Giant Cow children's program, Chance 2 Dance for our children with special needs and special sessions for various stages of life.   • CAMP SWAMP -Because of the Discipleship conference in July, the dates for Camp Swamp have been adjusted. In other words, if you and your friends always sign your kids up for week 4, those dates may not be the same this year. Just double check the actual dates before you register. You can find all the information at campswamp.com

 Church Wide Notifications: 

  • 2019 Contribution Receipts - 2019 donation statements are now available. You can access your statement via the church website at Church Website - Give or send a request to the Church Office at churchoffice@thecharlottechurch.org.

Benevolence: 

  • Volunteers are needed to assist with processing benevolence request. Contact David Raye (draye@carolina.rr.com) if interested. 

HOPE:

Middle School
